RETURN POLICY

No Refund Policy:
Once a service, treatment package, or product has been paid for or reserved, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If the client fails to attend the appointment or arrives late, the service will be considered rendered.
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
No cash refunds are offered; an exchange or service credit will be provided instead.
Return Policy:
If the assigned aesthetician is unable to attend due to unforeseen events (such as illness or accident), the client has the right to a refund or rescheduling.
Products with manufacturing defects or damage may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Returns also apply if the product was not received within the promised delivery time.
To be eligible for a return, the product and packaging must be in their original condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of the return or exchange.
